Twin brothers Dean and Dan Caten were born in Willowdale, Ontario. Brothers Caten working in the fashion world since 1984, after moving to New York where they participated in the Parsons School for Design. International fame came to Dean and Dan Caten after the release of the finished collection for men in Italy. Today the collection of fashion label DSQUARED2, owned by brothers, enjoyed enormous popularity, thanks to lessons learned refined Italian tailoring of clothes and provocative innovative design. Clothes from their collections is Madonna, for which they have created a special collection for the Drowned World Tour 2002. After such a successful company, this couple built a collaboration with the entire music industry. They sew for such stars as Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Usher, Beyonce, Justin Timberlake, and Britney Spears for Circus Tour. Also clothing DSQUARED2 like such celebrities as Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Anne Hathaway, Eva Mendes, Victoria and David Beckham, Shakira, Lenny Kravitz and Orlando Bloom. Numerous awards include the Caten brothers: “La Kore” award for Most Original Designers, Spanish award “Aguja de Oro” (Golden Needle), “Men of the Year” from the trendy gloss GQ Magazine USA, Best Breakthrough Design Team (Spain and Germany) , Canadian Walk of Fame.
