Phoebe Philo popular English fashion designer. Phoebe Philo is a former designer fashion house Chloé. Philo joined Chloé in 1997 as a design assistant to Stella McCartney. After Chloé she had the opportunity to start their own line with the Gucci Group. Philo is often called the “Street of sensitivity.” It should be noted that the designer is a vegetarian and unused fur to work. In 2008, Phoebe Philo has been appointed the new creative director of Celine.
